Spring fairs; PAD Paris and TEFAF New York

Modernity is delighted to announce its spring fair exhibitions for 2025. This year, we have the pleasure of exhibiting at two prestigious fairs: PAD Paris in April and TEFAF New York in May.

Founder and director Andrew Duncanson says, “It has been almost ten years since we last exhibited at PAD in Paris. It is always a beautiful fair in the Tuileries Garden, quite breathtaking in its own right.”

This year, we will present some of Hjorth’s and Wegner’s most significant pieces at PAD Paris, including the 'Utö' occasional table and an exceptionally early version of the Flag Halyard Chair.

For TEFAF at the Park Avenue Armory, we have assembled an outstanding collection of Josef Frank’s most notable works. Among other highlights, we will bring not just one but two Flora chests of drawers, as well as a rare dining table from Estrid Ericson’s personal collection. As 2024 was the 100-year anniversary of Svenskt Tenn, it feels almost essential to showcase such remarkable Svenskt Tenn pieces in celebration of this milestone.
