Description:

A refined and timeless design, Josef Frank’s Model 2466 is available as both a table and floor lamp. Its brass base is encased in lacquered metal, often in white, black, or green, complemented by a variety of lampshades. The lamp’s simplicity embodies Frank’s vision of lightweight and elegant design, reflecting his belief that "the home should be personal and comfortable." His lighting designs, known for their balanced proportions and high-quality materials, bring warmth and character to interiors, offering a playful alternative to the rigid modernist styles of his time.

Josef Frank (1885–1967) was an Austrian-Swedish architect and designer who became a defining figure in Scandinavian modernism. Originally an architect in Austria, he fled to Sweden in the 1930s, where he joined Svenskt Tenn, introducing a vibrant and expressive design language that contrasted with prevailing minimalism. His furniture, textiles, and lighting prioritised comfort and individuality, creating inviting interiors that remain influential today.
