Peter Hvidt (1916–1986) and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen (1907–1993) were a Danish design duo whose collaboration left a lasting mark on mid-century Scandinavian furniture design. Together, they founded the studio Hvidt & Mølgaard in 1944 and worked closely until 1975, creating furniture that combined elegant simplicity with precision craftsmanship.
