Description:

Josef Frank designed three variations of model 2466, available with a black, white, or green base, with the green version being the rarest.

This lamp features a softly rounded fabric shade, reminiscent of a gently inflated balloon, casting a diffused, ambient light. Its design reflects Frank’s philosophy of lighting—merging function with a sense of warmth and playfulness.

The shade is crafted from Stensöta (originally named Ferns), a textile from the English company GP & J Baker. Known for its historical print influences, GP & J Baker’s fabrics were introduced to Svenskt Tenn by Estrid Ericson in the 1930s. She secured exclusive rights to sell select patterns, making them a key part of Svenskt Tenn’s textile collection.
